Terms of Enrollment

Effective date: June 15, 2026

These Terms of Enrollment govern any paid engagement with Revenue Infrastructure Systems, including the Revenue Leak Audit™, the Revenue Infrastructure™ build, and any optional System Care retainer. They apply in addition to the Terms of Service (see tab above). This website, stoplosingservicecalls.com, is operated by Alicia Thompson, a sole proprietor using the business name Revenue Infrastructure Systems (“Revenue Infrastructure Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Florida, United States. You can reach us at [email protected].

This page describes our standard terms of engagement. It does not replace a signed agreement or proposal specific to your project — where the two differ, your signed agreement controls.

The Revenue Leak Audit™

The Revenue Leak Audit™ is a paid, standalone operational diagnostic. The fee is due at the time of booking. You will receive a complete written findings report and a recorded walkthrough regardless of whether you proceed to any further engagement.

  • Refunds. Once we have begun work on your Audit — including reviewing your submitted intake — the fee is non-refundable. If you booked an Audit and no work has yet begun, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
  • Credit toward a build. If you proceed to a Revenue Infrastructure™ build within 90 days of receiving your Audit findings, the Audit fee is credited toward the total investment for that build. This credit does not carry over past 90 days.

Build Review

A Build Review is offered at no cost, by invitation, following select Audit engagements. Completing a Build Review does not obligate you to move forward with a build, and it does not obligate us to extend a proposal.

Foundation Build engagement

If you choose to move forward with a Revenue Infrastructure™ build, the engagement is governed by the written proposal and scope you approve, together with these terms.

  • Payment structure. Engagements are billed as 50% deposit and 50% balance, unless your proposal states otherwise. The deposit confirms the engagement and initiates the build.
  • Deposit refunds. The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun on your build.
  • Balance payment. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the completed system, before final handoff and credential transfer.
  • Scope changes. Work outside the scope described in your approved proposal is not included in the original investment and will be discussed and agreed in writing before any additional work begins.
  • Timeline. Build timelines are estimates based on the scope agreed and your timely provision of access, assets, and feedback. Delays caused by late client responses may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

System Care (optional retainer)

System Care is an optional, invitation-only monthly retainer offered after a Foundation build is delivered. It is billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice. System Care is not automatically included with a build and is only active once separately agreed to and paid for.

Ownership of deliverables

Upon full payment, you own the configuration and content built specifically for your business within your own GoHighLevel sub-account or equivalent platform account. Our underlying methodology, templates, frameworks, and proprietary processes remain the property of Revenue Infrastructure Systems and are not transferred as part of any engagement.

No guarantee of results

We build operational infrastructure based on the information you provide and industry-informed best practice. We do not guarantee any specific volume of inquiries, conversion rate, revenue outcome, or business result, as these depend on factors outside our control.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an in-progress build engagement, contact us in writing. Any non-refundable amounts described above remain non-refundable. Work completed to date will be delivered in its current state where reasonably possible.

Governing law

These Terms of Enrollment are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, consistent with the Terms of Service (see tab above).

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Enrollment from time to time. The version in effect at the time you book an Audit or sign a proposal is the version that applies to that engagement.
