Revenue Infrastructure Systems builds one connected system that handles a homeowner’s inquiry from the first click to the follow-up — captured, organized, and answered, so nothing slips through. Not a website. Not another tool. A system.
Most home service businesses don’t lose work because the work is bad. They lose it in the gaps between tools.
An inquiry comes in through a form and waits. A text lands on one phone, a voicemail on another. Follow-up happens when someone remembers — and sometimes no one does. The homeowner, meanwhile, is already calling the next company.
None of it comes from not caring. It comes from good businesses running on tools that were never built to work together.
You likely already have a website. A CRM. A texting tool. An email platform. Maybe some automation someone set up once.
Each one works on its own. The trouble is they don’t work together — and every handoff between disconnected tools is a place an inquiry can wait or disappear.
The fix usually isn’t another tool. It’s connected infrastructure underneath the ones you have.
The Revenue Infrastructure System™ is a complete homeowner inquiry system — the pieces a business needs, built and connected as one instead of bought separately and bolted together.
It’s the difference between owning more software and owning a system.
The difference is easiest to see by following a single homeowner from the moment they reach out.
One inquiry. One connected path. No seams for a homeowner to fall through.
Already have a website?
Not every business needs a full rebuild. If you already have a website you’re happy with, the Interactive Lead Experience™ Handoff upgrades the part that matters most — how homeowners inquire — and connects it to organized capture and follow-up, without touching the rest of your site.
Why Revenue Infrastructure Systems Exists
Most home service businesses didn’t set out to build fragmented operations. They built their businesses while everything around them changed — customer expectations, software, the channels homeowners use to reach out.
Each new tool was a reasonable decision at the time. Added one at a time, over years, they became a stack that never quite connected. The work stayed good. The connections between the tools didn’t keep up.
Revenue Infrastructure Systems exists to reconnect those pieces into one clear operational system. The issue usually isn’t effort. It’s infrastructure.
About The Founder
Revenue Infrastructure Systems was built by someone who grew up in blue-collar family businesses — the kind where reputation was the whole strategy and someone always answered the phone.
That background later met a career in automation and systems work, beginning inside Lockheed Martin. The result is a rare combination: someone who understands how home service businesses actually run, and how to build the infrastructure that keeps them running.
What We Believe
Technology isn’t the goal. Better operations are. Software, automation, and AI are only worth anything if they help a business take better care of the people who reach out.
Modern systems should support good service — not replace it. That belief is built into everything Revenue Infrastructure Systems makes.
The Revenue Infrastructure System™ isn’t the right fit for every business, and the Project Fit Check is how we find out together. It’s a short, low-pressure way to look at how your business handles inquiries today, where systems may be creating friction, and whether RIS is the right fit to help. If it makes sense, we’ll map the next step. If it doesn’t, you’ll still leave with a clearer view of what’s happening operationally.
